Huge thank you to Dave from The Computer People. My 2012 imac had started to run very slowly. Dave assessed there was not a problem with memory (as there was plenty) but the disk inside was starting to fail. Dave arranged to stop by the office and installed an external operating system, transferred files and now the imac is touch responsive. Making such a difference to my productivity and sanity.
