My Desktop computer was slow, showing lots of errors and generally not behaving itself. I spoke to Alison Gordon at The Computer People and she said they will take a look. After a couple of days I got a phone call with bad news – the hard disk was no longer any good. It needed to be replaced. Costs were given and the work went ahead. Another phone call saying do you need this certain programme – it’s the trouble maker can we delete it? I said yes please make it all better.
