Having recently moved to the area I found my self needing more tech help as my business is growing. I wanted to find someone who would talk through options for a new Mac in a language I understood, as I have no background in computer tech. Alison took the time to explain the different memory options etc and how I could get a good value for money replacement for my very old Mac. Alison then helped all the with the, I believe the term is migration from one device to another.
