Alison has been my absolute techy lifesaver. The fact that she's a bloody nice person who is always willing to help, no matter how daft my question, is fabulous!

When I first started working on the business, having been used to top tech from my job, I was so frustrated by standard home equipment. It was slow, cumbersome, and often unable to load the websites I need to use. A quick chat with Alison, a visit to Romney with the offending lap under my arm and a very quick diagnosis followed....yep, the equipment was shit! However, I was prepared to spend £1k on a new laptop. Alison said that wasn't necessary at all and popped in a bigger processor. Brilliant and saved me £900 which, when we all want to make a profit, truly demonstrates her customer centricity and honesty.
